New traders who stayed

An army scores for a recruit only when a wallet that never traded on Strike joins through a member's link, deposits at least $20, trades against someone outside every army, was not funded by a Raid member, and trades on 2 separate days. Each recruiter is credited for at most 10. An army's recruit score is the sum, over its confirmed recruits, of the square root of the fees each one paid to outside counterparties.
